If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). Please note that our perfumes can’t be returned. For hygienic reasons, final sale on all earrings, underwear, and swimwear. Final sale items will be indicated on each applicable item and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
How to submit your return:
– Select “Request a return here” in your shipping confirmation email or click on this return link https://www.wsprovidas.com/rma
– If you have an account with us, log into your account on our website and select “Order History”, then select “Request Return” in the Order History page

– Please select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason of your return.
Send it yourself
We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note, WSPROVIDAS is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us and you will be returning the package at your own expense.

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with.
For security reasons, we do not allow hand delivery of returns to our warehouse. Please note, we don’t accept returns of WSPROVIDAS items purchased from third-party retailers. Please directly contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.
